The direct-ordering gap
Commission-heavy channels turn loyal repeat guests into expensive transactions.
Menus, orders, loyalty, campaigns, emails, and guest updates often live in disconnected systems.
Restaurants lose the data, identity, and repeat-order context that should belong to their brand.
Staff spend service hours confirming orders, chasing statuses, and copying information across tools.
Generic ordering flows make premium restaurants look like every other listing in a marketplace.
Unified restaurant platform
A restaurant-owned ordering channel should feel branded to guests and controlled for staff. ShakraOS brings the ordering PWA, dashboard, loyalty, campaigns, and tracking loop together.
Mobile-first direct ordering with restaurant colors, content, menu structure, and guest checkout.
Manage menus, availability, orders, staff access, campaigns, loyalty, and settings from one workspace.
Reward repeat customers and publish direct-order offers without relying on marketplace placement.
Send guest confirmations and order updates through a tenant-aware branded communication path.
Let customers follow pickup status and give staff fewer phone calls during busy service windows.
Open direct flows from tables, counters, campaigns, printed menus, and storefront touchpoints.
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay complete inside the PWA — guests never leave the app. TWINT and Swish redirect to the guest's own payment app and return. No card data is ever stored on ShakraOS servers; Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure handles all payment credentials.
Move premium tenants toward branded domains and deeper white-label distribution when they are ready.
Table system and QR ordering
Restaurants create saved tables in the dashboard, print secure QR links, and let guests order from the PWA without staff guessing where the food should go.
Label tables by area, capacity, and service order, then keep inactive or archived tables out of the guest picker.
Each table gets an opaque token. Staff can rotate a QR link if a printed code is damaged, lost, or needs to be replaced.
Scanned QR codes preselect the table, and guests can switch to another active saved table if they scanned the wrong one.
The dashboard queue, notifications, confirmations, and order snapshots all carry the dine-in table context.
Guest scan
QR links open the restaurant menu directly and preserve the table token through cart and checkout.
Checkout
Customers see the table number before confirming, with no free typing or ambiguous notes.
Dashboard
Staff see dine-in status, table area, and table label in the same live order workflow as pickup and delivery.
